About the tournament

The first year of the PRAGUE BEACH GAMES international tournament for young talents will offer almost 150 teams divided into 2 age categories – U16, U18 – in 4 days of matches. All this at the Ládví Beach Club from September 1 to 4, 2022!

Our goal is to follow up on last year’s Beach Prague Open 2* world series tournament with the participation of the world’s top men’s and women’s doubles. This year we decided to focus on children’s talents and establish a new concept of an international tournament for youth in the Czech Republic.

Net height: 216 cm (women), 224 cm (men)

Pools: 2 sets up to 15 (tie-break up to 10)

Main draw: 2 sets to 21 (tie-break to 15)

It is played according to valid beach volleyball rules.

The losing team always turns the score.

The referee supervises the course of the match.

Category U18

Age limit: 01/01/2005 and younger

Game ball: Gala Smash Pro
